Hi,

I'm in a workbook in Excel 2016 that's was clearly developed by someone more technically advanced than me when it comes to Excel. For example, CTRL+G is disabled. I suspect it's done by VBA. When I ALT+TAB to a different book, CTRL+G works. How could I do this in other workbooks if I wanted to?

When I went to see if it was done in VBA, I couldn't even see the project in the editor, even though the file has buttons that definitely use macros and the file's extension is xlsm. How can I hide a VBA project? If I hid a VBA project, how could I unhide it?

Thanks.

Peter

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Sorry. Please ignore this. I opened the book from an email and hadn't yet enabled editing. Now that I've enabled editing, both CTRL+G is working and I can see the VBA project in the editor.
