Hi again!!! I've received excellent help on how to return values I need! Here is the resulting spreadsheet!
November Forced Disconnects.xls
MNOPQRSTUVWXYZAAAB
111/18/0211/19/0211/20/0211/21/0211/22/0211/25/0211/26/0211/27/0211/28/0211/29/02
211210:00InHours:4
310:30
41121:00OutofHours:10
5221:30
62:00
72:30StartTime:0:30
83:00EndTime:1:00
TRAC

Now, is it possible to have the range I input into cells AB7 and AB8 turn a color? Say yellow so it is apparent what time range you are looking at?? :)

I know...I'm so demanding!!!

Thanks for all of your help!!

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Highlight your range, go to Format/Conditional Formatting and cell value is, select a color click OK OK

Sorry, again I didn't explain myself. The times I input will change periodically, I need the highlighted range to change with whatever times I plug into it...is that possible?

Thanks,

What cells do you want to highlight? In your example, would Row 4 be highlighted? Also, will the time period you are lookin at always be a 30 minute interval?

In your worksheet, select all the cells in all the rows you want to be highlighted (1e.your example M2:V8) M2 will be the active cell. Now Choose Format>Conditional Formatting. Select the formula is option. Enter this
=OR($Y2=$AB$4,$Y1=$AB$4) Format background yellow
