Thanks in advance.
Does anyone have suggestions how to highlight a user's selection in a listbox or combobox so the user can identify what he/she had previously selected?

See if this does the trick:

Public UserResponse

Private Sub ComboBox1_Change()
UserResponse = ComboBox1.Value
End Sub

Private Sub UserForm_Initialize()
ComboBox1.Value = UserResponse
End Sub

Did that do it for you?

Yes, it provided the desired effect.
It also seems to work without the change event procedure.

Thanks a bunch.
