I have searched over the net and on this site but none fits my needs. I have datebase on inventory consisting of several tabs, what i want to do is have a macro to find a match and highlight the active cell if a match is found on different sheets. Only the active cell will be highlighted if there a match found. Also i can actively choose any cell in the workbook and run the macro to look for a match. Meaning the macro should run on any sheet, column and row. a button to run the macro should be a bonus. Im still using excel 2003
