Highlight cell based on the value

Hi,

How can i highlight the cell on b4 based on the value i.e if it is positive the background of the cell should be in green color if it is in negative the background of the cell should be red

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
You could use conditional formatting & use =B4>=0 for Green & =B4<0 for red
