Are you saying that you want the cell to turn red if ANY of those 5 values appear the cell?
Will the cell equal EXACTLY one of those values, or will the value be just part of the text? i.e. Bill is driving CAR201
I think the most straightforward way would be to use conditional formatting... e.g. highlight cell rules, highlight cells that contain text CAR201, then another rule for CAR202 etc...
Then use Conditional Formatting.
Highlight the entire range you want to apply this to.
Then go to Conditional Formatting, select the Formula option, and enter this formula:
And is that the cell you have referenced in the CF formula? There is nothing at all in the CF formula given that would cause a blank cell to be formatted.
