I am trying to figure out if I create a list of parts or enter part numbers in a macro that it will go through the report and highlight those cells that I have referenced in a macr. I was perusing the board but not really seeing it.

Can someone help me or steer me in the right direction

Thanks

Bill

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
I did do this, but if I have 10 or basically a lot of parts it seems that this would be lengthy way of doing it. Any way of condensing this?

Columns("B:B").Select
Selection.FormatConditions.Delete
Selection.FormatConditions.Add Type:=xlCellValue, Operator:=xlEqual, _
Formula1:="5404780000"
Selection.FormatConditions(1).Interior.ColorIndex = 38
Selection.FormatConditions.Add Type:=xlCellValue, Operator:=xlEqual, _
Formula1:="#500617"
Selection.FormatConditions(2).Interior.ColorIndex = 38
Range("B223").Select
........ETC
