Is there a way to highlight a cell value if it is the same as the value in the column next to it?

A B
1 55 58
2 67 66
3 56 80
4 47 47
5 44 66

I want to highlight cells A4 and B4, because they are the same value!

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Try Conditional Formatting

AB
15558
26766
35680
44747
54466
