Good night,

I need a macro that verifies that values ​​that are in columns "A1: F100" exist in the range "H1: M80", if there is a

highlight in the values ​​in column "A1: F100" in red.

No need for a macro. This can be done pretty easily with Conditional Formatting.

Here are the steps:
1. Select the range A1:F100
2. Go to Conditional Formatting and select the Formula option
3. Enter this formula: =COUNTIF($H$1:$M$80,A1)>0
4. Choose your red highlighting option
5. Click OK
