I like to know the formula for conditional formatting, if a cell is changed, it should highlight with whatever color is in conditional format.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
Not conditional formatting. WorkSheet Change. Your question is really not very clear, so maybe this will get you started?
Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
    If Target.Count > 1 Then Exit Sub
If Target.Column <> 2 Then Exit Sub 'Limit to column B
Target.Interior.ColorIndex = 6 'Color cells in column B that are changed to yellow
End Sub

For example
10,141,477
32,897,979
13,155,281
1,283,391
305,563
16,293,354
0
14,106,625
5,642,655
16,119
4,543,220

if someone changes any of these numbers it should highlight, like track changes, highlight changes.
