Highlight of +ve and -ve figures in pairs

Hello, I have got a long list of products, for each products there are sales amount of each month (a positive figure) and settlement of sales amount (an exact negative figure as the positive one) , now i need to highlight those sales amount which got a corressponding negative settlement amount, so i can delete it and only those unsettled ones remains

Is there an efficient way in excel to highlight those +ve and -ve figure in pairs and by product by itself In conditional formatting or other method?
