I'd like to use conditional formatting to highlight not only the top three values in column D, but the entire row. Can someone help with a formula pls? It should look like this when done:

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Based on your image, select A2:D10 and use this formula
=$D2>=LARGE($D$2:$D$10,3)

Solution
Select the range A2:D10 and enter this Conditional Formatting formula:
=Rank($D2,$D$2:$D$10)<=3
and choose your green formatting option

EDIT: Too slow, I guess (didn't see Fluff's response), but this show's you a different way to do it.
