Hi all,

Your words of wisdom are needed again!

Sheet1 cell a1 contains a week commencing date that is changed every Monday. Sheet2 through to Sheet9 contain a range of week commencing dates running down column A.

What I would like to happen automatically is whenever the date is Sheet1 is changed, the entire corresponding row in Sheet2 through to Sheet9 gets highlighted.

All replies greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Use conditional format. Use the option 'Formula is' instead of 'Cell value is'.

First name the range in cell A1 where you put the weeknumber, name it WEEKNR.

The formula in the condiyional format would be something like :

=A1=WEEKNR where the weeknumbers are in column A on sheets 2 to 9

Success,
Erik
