Highlighting cell when changes are made

Can anyone give me the VB code needed to have excel change the color of a cell when a change is made. I would like this to apply to the entire worksheet. i would also like to note the date change was made and who made the change in much the same way as the "Track Changes" option on the tool bar will - but without having to share the workbook.
