Highlighting Singular/ Plural or similar variation Keywords on Excel 2013

Hi all,

This is my first post on here ( hooray!) and I hope this is something you could help out on :)

I've searched already on this forum in regards to the topic above, but i couldn't find a straight answer.

Basically, I have a list of keywords which includes plurals/singulars and also similar variations, I am wondering if these can be identified. Essentially I am deleting the singular OR plural based on some of the data of each of these keywords.

similar variations = dog biscuits
biscuit dog
