I need help. the number 9 with frequency 0 is false .
It means that there are no numbers in the list that are >8 (the next lower value) and <=9

I need help. the number 9 with frequency 0 is false . The "number more" 18, I don't understand? What means this?
It counts values that are >59.

It counts values that are >59. shg - is this because there is a limit on the number of bins?

The frequencies was calculated with the data analysis, analysis tools (histogram). data not smallest than 1 or greater than 59.

Thank you for your help.

No; FREQUENCY returns an array one longer than the Bins array. The last element counts the number of values larger than the largest bin.
