hlookup/vlookup possible match index question approach and formula

Afternoon, hope everyone is well. I need some help and think the formulas may include Vlookup/Hlookup and possible match index. Or perhaps creating lists then match formula to lists.
What would be your best approach to create results in table 1 supported by table 2 and 3.

Thoughts?


The first table; Cells b2:b5 is what needs to be populated in order to find the answer in either cell B6 or B7.

This table is the reference to find the country ring size and corresponding Inside Diameter in MM.

And in this table; ideally would have the option to select Guage; guage in mm or inch which is needed to calculate the end result in the first table B6 or B7

Hello, I am not able to post the xl2bb version but I have tried helping you in a way I can. Have written the formula wherever I have used it.
