Does anyone know how to calculate a national holiday from year to year.
In canada Victoria day falls on the monday on or before the 25th of may.
PLease help

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
My understanding is that it must be before the 25th, for instance in 2009 Victoria day is Monday 18th May. In which case you need to amend Fairwinds' suggestion to

=DATE(A1,5,24)-WEEKDAY(DATE(A1,5,24),3)
