I am stuck on one of my homework problems and do not know which formula to use.

This is the question:
If all three ratings are 90 or above, then the employee receives a bonus of 25% of her base salary.
Otherwise, if all three ratings are 80 or above then the employee receives a bonus equal to 15% of her base salary.
Otherwise, the employee does not receive any bonus (zero dollars).The ranges for the ratings are H7:J162

Might I suggest that while it might not be the "trickest" formula, you nearly have it solved already. Concentrate on the highest standard test first (IF all three ratings are >=90, THEN...).

There's a shorter way using IF and SUM !!
