I have a spreadsheet I am looking to calculate payout for a pot. Every race will payout the same amount. Say $100 but the race may have different amounts of winners, 2nd place and 3rd place. I would like the payout to be as follows 1st 60%, 2nd 30% and 3rd 10% So if there is only one 1st, one 2nd and one 3rd its easy $70, $30 and $10 but it gets more complicated if I have 4 1st, 3 2nd and 1 3rd. If there were 9 in 1st then the pot is split 9 ways and no 2nd or 3rds get paid out. How do I make a formula to say that?

I could use VBA if necessary.

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
