Our corporate IT department assigned the F4 key to lock our Windows screen, so now I am no longer able to use it for toggling absolute references in Excel. Does anyone know how I can reassign the Absolute Reference functions from F4 to F8? Thank you for your time and help.

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Perhaps by running a macro? You could add a button to the ribbon QAT or use an unused keyboard combination to run it.

Solution
Thank you, Micron! I tried Post 3 submitted by SNB and assigned it to an unused keyboard combination. It worked well for what I need. I appreciate your help.
