In VB i have read that if the caption of a command button is set to "&OK" instead of "OK" it sets O as a hot key and Caption of that button would change into "OK" instead of "OK"...

But when i am doing it in VBA (excel) it isnt working...why?

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
How is it not working?

Try setting the Accelerator property.

I only think it's in Access, and perhaps other apps, that you can set the hotkey by just putting a & in the caption.
