Hourly Gantt Chart % complete formatting

Good day, I am trying to create an hourly based gantt chart. I have it pretty much functional, but I have 2 issues I'm working through. First, I would like for the % completed to also show on the task timeline. I have tried to reverse engineer this formula from a day/week gantt chart but I cannot get the formula to work. Second, I would like to have a line show for the date and time of the planned completion of the total project (ETC Date/Time). I am trying to use conditional formatting, but I cannot get it to work down to the hour of the specified day. Snippets below for both. Thank you

If row 7 has date & time try

=1*AND(H$7>=$C8,H$7<=$C8+($F8*($D8-$C8)))

but with your formula, when you have 0% progress, you will have anyway the first cell coloured.

NICE! I had to make a small change, but it seems to be working! Thanks Fluff! Any thoughts on getting the time bar to highlight green if it matches the ETC Date/Time? Just the time portion though.
