Hello,

In my company, we are trying to find a way to better schedule peoples working times. As it is a call center, we need different amounts of people at different times, so that makes it more difficult. Im trying to figure out whether it would be possible to use solver to generate a monthly (30 day) work schedule (would it take too long to find the solution?). In the schedule 1s represent work time and 2s represent lunch break. There would be some restrictions about maximum working time, but that shouldnt be too hard with constraints. I would like to know if this is possible to do with solver or open solver or are there any other options you would reccomend. Im attaching a basic version just to show what the layout is.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Could anyone take a look?
I also have one more question:
How can I make solver make continous streaks of 1s instead of scattering them all over?
