Hover over cell for a dynamic text box to appear (user to paste/write entry) then text populate that very cell (word wrap).

I need to have a text box appear on the mouse over of a cell, for user to populate (normally copied from a word doc etc allowing paragraphs etc which a text cell does not offer). Then for that text (from the text box) to be represented in the cell. I have been looking into various solutions but believe there must be a simple solution, I maybe over thinking it! Thank you in advance.
