How add formula in pivot table????

Hi All,

I am trying to create a simple pivot table. I want names in 1st Coloumn, Out of Marks in 2nd Column, passing marks in 3rd column of pivot. I want 4th coloumn should reflect a percentage of 2nd and 3rd coloumn. Can i add formula while creating pivot so that i dont need to enter it manually whenever i added a data.
