How an end user search for data and get a list of instructions in response ie; creating a "how to" database

I'm Ok at Excel but I need to have a way to create an easy way to look up data with maybe keywords ie; Widget 123 and it would return several items about widget 123 such as how much it cost. Where to find it, and how to operate it. Is this even a possibility in Excel?
