how calculate remaining days based on same days for each month

I want showin result in B2 gives me how remains days based on day 28/mm/yyyy . the day (28) is the same thing for each month .
for instance if date(today) is 14/09/2022 when calculate for date 28/09/2022 then the result in B2 should be 14 days remaining

=28-DAY(TODAY())

Format the cell to show a number not a date

Just tack that string on to the end of Kerryx's solution, i.e.

=28-DAY(TODAY()) & " DAYS REMAINING"

@Fluff I changed the date in PC to 29/09/2022 to see how the formula work
it gives empty I don't want this. I want if the day 29 or 30 or 31 should also show the result up to 28 . in this case should keep the result "14 DAYS REMAINING"

If Today was the 29th why would you get 14 days?
