How can i access a multiple values selected in a filter?

when i access the cell value i get (Multiple Items).. is there a way i can get the values(more than one value selected) selected in a filter.

Please help?

Criteria1:=Array("Item1","Item2","Item3")

How do i associate this

Criteria1:=Array("Item1","Item2","Item3")

to a pivot table filter. Name of my pivot table is PivotTable1
Custom name = OU of the field where i have a filter.

Please help
