For example if C2 is >=5 from B2 then Red or if C2<=5 from B2 then Green.

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Use 2 separate rules. If you're using Excel 2007+, do select C2 and do a conditional Format - New Rule. When complete, repeat the process for the 2nd rule.

Thanks for the reply. I am using Excel 2010, I did set up the second rule with the same process, but did not work. Any ideas why it would not of work?

Your conditions overlap. You have = to 5 in both conditions.
