How can I create a database for clients?

Hi all,
I've set up a template for my quotations and order forms which clear certain cells and saves it to a different name but keeps the original template, ready to be filled in again.

What I would like to have is a database of all our clients so that as soon as I start typing the client name into a cell it auto completes the word.

Is there a possibility to do something like that?
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Try in Access

Do I create a database in Access and then somehow use it in Excel?

You can transfer your data access to excel if require
Access is simplest way to make data base
go to access and make data base.
First is Table creation
click on table and right click and select Design view
Enter all your field
save it
2nd is Form
create >> Form >> select table (it will generate automatically) you may redesign as per your require design.
form is ready to data entry
3rd is Query
if you wish to filter data you can use this option
4th is Report
base on table base on query you can make report
you can redesign as per your require desired design.

this files you can export in excel too.
