How can I have VB automatically select "OK" or "Delete" on a Pop-up Window from Excel 2007

I have VB Code that is deleting a worksheet from a workbook. I use code < Sheets("Sheet1").Delete > and it deletes fine, however Excel has a Pop up that asks me if I for sure want to delete the sheet. How can I say "Delete" automatically with VB Code so I do not need user interaction.

Same issue when I save the worksheet. A pop up asks the user if they want to Continue because of the compatibility checker.

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Try adding this to beginning of code

Application.DisplayAlerts = False

Then set back to true at the end
Application.DisplayAlerts = True
