Hi everyone,
I have a workbook with a few sheets, one of which is a newsletter. It has a macro with a dialog box in which I type the name of a staff member and it brings in data for the member and inserts it the newsletter. The macro is activated by a button.

We want to send the newsletters to each person in the body of an email and I'm using the Send To Mail Recipient button to do this. It works well, but the button is showing in the email. Back when we printed the letters I set it to not print. Is there a way I can hide the button in the body of the email?

Thank you,
Julia the Analyst :)

Thanks all for looking at my post. I didn't find any information either. I ended up deleting the button and using a shortcut key instead. We only do this every quarter and I'll forget the shortcut key, but I can get it from the Developer section.
