I have a pivot table like this:

in page fileds : fruit(apple banana pear peach, ...)
now I want to choose both apple and banana. Can I make a multiple choice in fruit. If not how can I handle this. Because my customer want to make many multiple choices, to create fields of all possible combinations is not possible. Can any one help? Many thanks!

With regards,

Minze

By design the Page field allows selection of one or all. For multiple selections you will need to put the fruit in a Row or Column field.

Hi Minze

I do not think that is possible, I think you need to make several pivot tables to show as many combinations as possible.

Unless anyone can think of solution.

One possibilty is to right click the Page field and choose Field Settings (or click Field Settings on the Pivot Table toolbar). Hide the items you don't want included and click OK. Then choose (All) from the Page field dropdown.
