how can i make my excel doc accessable from any location?

Hi guys,
ok, so it has become clear that the option the share my macro enabled excel document over the internet is not possible,
so next best option how can I make my document accessible on the internet and be told if some else in using it?

does anyone know if skydrive will do this?

please help if you can.
