How can I play a tune when a value>70%?

Dear Excel Experts / Gurus / Gods & Goddesses, hello!

I am working on a nice xls file which is showing a ROI (Return On Investment) model, with lots of colours, graphs, etc. Ideally I would like to add an automated sound, or recorded voice everytime i.e. a figure in a cell exceeeds 70%.

Problem is that the only way to do this is via macro and VBA (to my knowledge), and unfortunately I am completely ignorant / retarded and I have never used these functions ever before.

Is there a way, for any of you, to help me with clear instructions (as if you were speaking to a toddler)? Example: go to developer tab, click on "visual basic", then go to left pane, copy-paste this text "...", etc.

If for example I need to program to run a macro every time a cell value changes prior to insert the music / sound, then please also explain. Don't assume I know anything, I don't :((((

My xls version is 2010.
We can assume that the cell which will show the value (that should trigger the sound) will be cell A6 or A1 if easier / faster to explain.

Thank you so much, if this works it will be amazing!!!!!!!!

Cheers.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Thanks VoG / Peter, that helped indeed!

I actually took bits & pieces of info from the values provided to others (especially the last dialog page 3) and having played around I finally managed to make it work.
It is truly great stuff, way ahead everybody else's current presentations!!

Thank you again, from my heart, you just made my day!

Best regards from Greece.
