I trying to refrence do the following I2 = Sheet1 R35 and then in the next cell I am trying to do I3 - Sheet1 R65 and so on. The problem is that everytime I do I2 = Sheet1 R35 excel copies the same formula down the entire column. I can't figure out a way to avoid that!

ANy help is appreciated. Thanks.

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
That's not an Excel feature, do you have Add-ins installed ? do you have some sort of .XLAM file in auto start (in folder XLSTART) ? do you have a specific macro for that feature in that file ?

That I know if, I have no add ins installed. I am using Microsoft 365 and no .xlm or anything like that. I will continue to try and investigate. Thanks

Is that formula in a structured table?

I figured it, seems to have been a setting that I can't replicate now but was able to remove. THANKS!
