how can i print number on 3 ply form

hi i have a form i design to print on 3 ply corbonless paper however i have a little problem changing and printing the number in the form
the same number must be printed 3 time then change i was trying to use mail merger to pull the number from excel which work fine however getting the number in excell is verry hard to type the numbers 300 time in excel to print a set of 100 form is there a easier way to imput the number in excel see example below

1000001
1000001
1000001
1000002
1000002
1000002
1000003
1000003
1000003

that's what i have to type to get each ply to print the same number then chage number, it's alot of typing any help please

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Assuming you're using mail merge (so the column has a header), with 1000001 in cells A2, A3, and A4:
in cell A5, enter the formula:

=A2+1
Copy this down to row 901 by dragging, double-clicking the corner (if you have data in an adjacent column) or whatever other method suits you.
