Hi there,

How can I get the last letters of numbers off each data?

No, sorry I didn't metion clearly. I want to get ride of the last 4 letters/numbers and KEEP the rest of the data.

Last 4 chars...

=IF(LEN(A2)>=4,RIGHT(A2,4),A2)

Is this what you are after?

no, I wanted to keep the rest of the data. just chop the last 4 letters/numbers off. Sorry not mentioning clearly before.
