How can you sort a pivot table by two columns?

I have a pivot table with many columns that I would like to sort on the basis of two columns (calculated values): 1) Account tier (descending) 2) Days since last interaction (ascending). It seems that I can only sort by one criteria.

I have been searching around and most solutions I see are remarkably complex for something that is very easy to do on a non-pivot table. What would be the easiest way to achieve this?

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
