How change current path ?

Workbooks.Open Filename:="IRONBASE.xls"
    Sheets("SXF").Select

I want to create vba code for open file from the server.
but the above code is not work. It's can't open file.

I try with code is can open file.

Workbooks.Open Filename:=""\\Thh01fil103\scth005f\IRONMAN\IRONBASE.xls"

actualy I want to open many files.
I need to create code for set path one time only

any idea pls share.

I knew with your code.
but I need to change current directiory more than...
because I don't want to place the path("MyDir") to every files

I think It's possible. I'm not sure that my code is not work?

Could you possibly recommend me on this way...?
