firstly i would to thank you for your quick response , here i'm i want to apply condition in column B to match a value if it found matches then take the next opposite value in E and put it in another cell

So I will request again, please walk us through an actual example, referencing actual values and cell addresses.
Pick any value, and tell us what particular value should go in which particular cell?
Explain it, completely in detail, in English.

Maybe show us your expected output (you mention column F, but do not show it in your images).

You did not mention that you require "regular expression" in your original question.
I do not use them, so I afraid I cannot be of help here (had I known that this was a requirement, I would have not replied).
