I'm trying to add two years to a date type in Excel. I specifically do not want to just add 730 days as it doesn't account for leap years. Please advise.

Thanks! :D

Hi,

You could use this; you need to make sure that the Analysis Tool Pak in turned on.

=EDATE(A12,24)

Worked great thanks!

Now is there a way I can subtract today's date for a day in the future and determine the number of days in between? For example if monday is 03/24/03 and today is 03/20/01 the number of days between the two dates is 735. How can I calculate this?

Thanks so much for the help!

=A1-TODAY()

A1 houses a value like 03/24/03, a true date. Format the formula cell as General.
