how do I add a check box to a cell

Hi everyone,

How do I add a chack box to a cell? I dont want to add a form item just a texbox that will act in the same fashion as a yes/no field.

should be pretty easy but i cant work it out.

Right click at the top of the screen to the right on Help.
Select the Forms toolbar.
Select what you want to add and put it right on the sheet.
