How do I auto change date

Hi, I have .csv sheet that auto daily download from staff attendance system. But some of the date is supposed to be previous day date. Is it possible to auto change the date based on condition?
Suppose today date is 27/12/2016
Eg. Staff Name. Shift. Date
Lala. B. 26/12/2016
Gigi. B. 26/12/2016
Zayn. C. 27/12/2016
