I have used SUM function to calculate total no. of hrs logged. But it's not giving the exact no. of hours that I logged.

How do I calculate the total no. of hours in excel? The screen shot is attached.

Is there is any formula in excel which takes care of this? I am getting 12.00 hrs. But the actual result should be 36 hrs.

Thanks,
Ajish
