I have a set of data that needs to be updated daily. I want to be able to select any date for the particular month and upon selection, the set of data clears (not headers), ready for new data to be input.
However I want the data for previous days to be saved to it's corresponding date of entry.

Thanks for the help

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Welcome to the Board!

In situations like this, details are very important, and your question is very general, without much detail.
It is important for us to know the strucuture of your sheet, i.e. where the data currently exists, where this date picker is being populated, where you want th data archived, etc.

So it would be most beneficial to us, and help you possibly get an answer if you could post some sample of your current data and expected output.
MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
