Please kindly help me look into the attached Image, on the header columns is numbers 1 - 49 with Red, Blue, Green colors and 49 is a yellow color.

You will also see that the combined numbers also has 1- 49 Number as the top numbers all across the rows.

My question and problem now is; how do I get to format the numbers 1 - 49 top numbers in all the rows to retain it's respectives colors as showed in the headers columns?

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
It is unclear to me what result you actually want. Can you manually format a row or two and post that image & add any more clarification?

In the screenshot this new attached image, you will notice the second row GD is in Blue, but I want only the top numbers to be formated in blue color and not the entire cell.

From your original image it appears that those cell values are generated by a formula. If that is the case then you cannot format one part of the formula result with a colour and not the other part.

Yes, those cell values are generated by a formula, it was combination of two cells using CHAR(10), as showed in the first image.

So, if that color conditional formatting is not possible, is there a way I can rank with the range with the value of the numbers below.
