At present my spreadsheet shows any negatives in the following manner:

-50

I would like to show these neagtives as follows:

(50)

How do I change this?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
There are some preset options in the Number category of the Format Cells dialogue (Number tab).

You can choose bracketed or bracketed and red, etc.
