Hi
I have data in row 5 in each individual column most of the way across the sheet.

What im trying to do is if it is a POSITIVE figure I need it copy and pasting into row 30 of the same column and if a NEGATIVE I need it pasting into row 14 of the same column,

What I mean is lets say D5 is a Positive then need that copy and pasting into D30 too. then E5 is a Negative then need that posting into E15 too.

Any Ideas?

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Drag a formula across row 30 and similar for row 14?
=IF(A5>0,A5,"")

Solution
You're welcome. I just realized that I don't see how that gives you any sort of 'difference' that you post title suggests you want, but if you're happy that makes two of us!
